Gargaj said: "I was browsing thru once thru a VRML model gallery and in one the models I found this really relaxing ambient little piece of music, by the filename of "mk.mid", without any composer information whatsoever.

I liked it and saved it to among my other favorite MIDI's, but i kinda forgot about them after a while. Several years later I was playing this Doom 1 remix called "Mr. Smiley Head's safari" in the youth hostel and noticed that one of the maps (E1M2) has it as a background track. Since around that time I was pretty much learning Buzz, I thought this would be a great chance to remix it.

Within some 20-30 minutes I was finished with the first beta and to my surprise, other people around me liked it too. It took some months for me to finish it completely, in the outcome it became a really nice track - at least I like it.

Entering it in the FLaG MP3 compo was more like a "sudden constraint" than a planned thing - 20 minutes before the deadline I rendered the track, compressed it to MP3 and handed it in. I was happy that it got thru the prejury so I didn't really care about the final placing - I was just rejoicing that people got to hear it :)
