"I'm not sure if this was released in 1999 or 2000, but hey, I don't really care either. Dig this: I found a generic cha cha CD that had cheapo versions of famous songs (such as September), so I sampled a percussion loop and some piano loops off it, and threw in a bad house drum kit and a bland string melody. Fantastic."
