The original song is called "Champion", which is performed by VIA "Pesnyary" (a popular Soviet Belarusian folk-rock group) and a children's choir.
It comes from "Strutting croaker" - the Soviet musical cartoon about the boastful frog, released by BelarusFilm in 1975.
