UPL Corporation (株式会社ゲームスタジオ), also known as UPL Co. Ltd and fully titled as Universal Play Land, was a video game production company headquartered in Oyama, Tochigi, Japan. It was founded as a subsidiary of Universal Entertainment sometime in the early 1980s. Even none of the staff remember when exactly it was founded. The company filed for bankruptcy in March 1992.

Near the end of UPL, Tsutomu Fujisawa of UPL later established a new video game company called Scarab.
